For those of you that single seated the Nomad, did you lay the license plate down and if so what bracket did you use or did you modify the original?

If I made mine a solo, I think Id use a laydown plate. From the ones Ive seen they look good.

I used the Kuryakyn laydown - only use 2 bolts instead of 3.

Even better is the laydown curved plate holder from kuryakn. It is made for a HD. I can't rmember which though. It has a three hole triangle mount just the way ours does. It almost fits just right. Only thing I had to do was use my file and dremmel to open up the holes a littl bit.

I used an old one that was laying around off an old sportster. A '72, but it bolted right on. I don't remember if it was stock a sportster or not anymore.
