Ultimate V&H Baffle- Sound Bite- UPDATED!

UPDATE: I added another short video farther down this thread.

Well guys and gals....here it is.....the first attempt at a sound bite for the "Ultimate V&H Baffle"..... !

Given the fact I recorded this on my small digital camera....the crappy microphone on the camera and the crappy speakers on your computer will not do this justice. Given those limitations...this still sounds pretty good.

I did this in my garage with the door closed, as the sun was blinding with it open, so it is dark and you will hear a bit of an echo from the closed environment. You WILL however, get a small idea of how great these things sound... ! I set my camera on a bucket and the exhaust kept moving it every time I revved it... !

They sound fabulous in real life in the open air....putt-putting like an HD at every stop-light. Come on, face it....we all LOVE that sound! These are the closest thing I have ever heard on a Nomad in duplicating that sound. Now you can have the best of all worlds....comfort, reliability and awesome sounding pipes!

Turn your speakers up as loud as you can and let me know what y'all think...... ;)!

Ultimate V&H Baffle- Sound Bite- UPDATED!

Hmmm...... from your camera to my laptop speakers. Well, didn't sound any different than my stock V&H's. I'm sure in person it's a lot different, and a bit louder. On another note (ha! I made a pun! hehehe) I didn't think it was a good idea to run the idle that low?

Ultimate V&H Baffle- Sound Bite- UPDATED!

Trust me Cory....these sound waayyyy different than when my V&H pipes were stock....a lot different. Deeper and richer....without all the cackling on decel. That's why its hard to duplicate in a sound file.. :-/.

The sound file sound better than my v&h pipes--that's for sure. I'd like to here the pipes from farther away in a open area. If you get a chance to do that, it would be awesome! I know it's a lot to ask :)

I get a lot of the pops and cracks on deceleration. What is this "Ultimate V&H Baffle" that you speak of? Thanks in advance.

Hey Utah...How much farther away do you want it? Isn't from Washington to Utah far enough??

Kris...awesome. Can't wait to hear it live when I see you next week.

They sound better than Stock V&H to me, I liked it.
I also like Lasse's bike and trailer, its a fantastic combo in my opinion. Beatiful paint scheme.

they do have a little different sound than stock V&H. When you turn your idle down that low you can NEARLY achieve that sound with stock V&H. most say not good to turn idle that low. i would have to hear alot more to convince me to shell out $100+ for 2 baffels.
Thx net for the sound clip though.

Ultimate V&H Baffle- Sound Bite- UPDATED!

Hey guys, my 2 cents are these sound MUCH different than stock v&h. Doc, my speakers are not hooked up so I don't know what netnorske's sound like at slow idle. My idle "sounds" much slower even though I never changed a thing. I think they sound really good.
