To anyone with Lee Sido's brackets
My fairing project is coming along nicely. I'm hoping to have it mounted before May. I have some of Lee's brackets to mount my fairing. I will not be using the inner fairing. Lee's brackets are raw metal and I'm trying to decide how to finish them. I'm thinking about painting them a nice durable black. They'll blend with the fairing nicely, I'm just curious how the black will look next to the chome mounts for the windshield. Anyone have their fairing set up this way mind snapping some photos of how they finished the brackets? I sure would appreciate it.

Black is probably a good choice, what color is the inside of the fairing? You could make it match. Lee used to hang out on Delphi forums, there are a few guys there that use his brackets and could maybe better answer that for you.

I'm beginning to agree Ring. My bike is black pearl, and the interior of the fairing is black, so it seems logical. By the way, I've always liked the red an black on your bike. When I originally started looking I wanted to by the '02 ah well thats the way it goes. Good looking bike.
