Down and Out

Well, I guess my nad is down and out for a few days, and tomorrow was supposed to be such a nice day to ride into work. When I picked up my wife from dropping her car off for work at the dealership, we noticed the brake/tail light isn't working at all. I took the cover off and the bulbs are okay, so I got to run down the wiring, I guess. Don't have a tail or brake light.

I'll be bummed at work tomorrow. :-/

May be as simple as replacing a fuse.

Yep, brake and tail are on the same circuit, a design I don't quite get but it is what it is. I've lost that fuse on both my Vulcans, does tend to shut you down.

That reminds me, I need to get more spare fuses and tuck them away somewhere on the bike.

Thank you all for pointing me in the right direction. The fuse was blown. It had to do with a switch the prior owner had installed to control the two driving lights. I fixed it up, changed the fuse, and I'm happy as a pig in... cause I got to ride to work today. ;)
