Shouldn't be assult. It should be attempted murder with a dangerous weapon.

I believe the motorcycle community (and we should engage other more powerful groups) needs to get serious with our governmental officials in making situations like this carry a stronger penalty. Have to get state laws changed. Strong-arm your local state senators and legislators about safety for motorcyclists.

He'll probably get a psych to say he has oppositional defiant disorder, bipolar, or some other far fetched problem. In the end they'll paint the kid as a victim. I see it everyday. Ridiculous

Gerry is right. Nothing will happen to him and no jail time. I think he should be tied down and let the motorcyclist run over both his legs.

Wouldn't want to upset the poor child by not letting him drive.

Sounds like the judge needs an attitude adjustment. ??? Some prison time with the riders behind bars would be a wake up call. This isn't some prank, attempted murder should be the least of the charges.

If he was my son, I'd be sitting in jail on charges of cruelty to a juvenile. I would have wore his butt out when I got him home. I hope his dad broke out the razor strap and swung it like my dad did.
