Hi all!!
New forum member here from Lexington, KY. Previously owned a 2003 Vulcan Classic 1600 which I unfortunately lost last May in a bad accident. The docs told me to take at least 9 months off to give everything a chance to heal completely, and I'm finally back riding again. Last weekend I pulled the trigger on a 2010 Nomad and am chomping at the bit to finish the break-in miles so I can quit short shifting. I'm not real comfortable on it yet.....it's amazing how rusty your riding skills can get in a 9 month lay off. I'm looking forward to meeting the folks here and becoming a part of the on line Nomad community.
