North Cascades Ride (new pics added)
Went for a great ride with the northwestern guys. Really nice to put faces with names. We had a total of 12 bikes,9 Nomads,1 Voyager,Duffy's Drifter and a Vstar. I enjoyed every part of today. Meeting everyone,riding in some very pretty country and enjoying a great lunch.
We rode a total of 360 miles with very little traffic (other than what was in Winthrop) and great weather. We looked for rain all day but never did find any.
We had lost a couple of riders by the time I took this group picture but here are the guys that rode back on Cascade highway with us.

Nice pics and looks like you folks had a nice day for it.

My son worked that highway for 3 yrs and scrapped a lot of MC riders off of it. Glad that was not the case 4 U.

Really enjoyed it guys. I'm going to try to make it up for the Oyster Run. Got to check my schedule when I get to work.

He asked me if I was interested in the Alta. run but I heard they've had snow in the outlying areas of Calgary. It probably is gone as soon as it fell, but hell!! it has to be cold to snow.
I think I'll be making the Oyster Run if it ain't rain'in
