Props to Mark. He didn't like the weather where he was, so he moved.
Hey Joel, do you ever think about moving to where it's warmer? I'll bet CJ or BD would let you crash at their place until you found a pad of your own!
My only problem with snow is not being able to ride then. I grew up in NE Nebraska where the snow lasts longer. You live in the banana belt of Colorado. Maybe I'll just move down there.

There ya go Joel! It's true, The Springs really doesn't heavy snows too often, and when it does dump, it's usually gone in a day or two.
Come on down!
Plus, if you want snow, it's just ten miles west!

We made a willing trade; Cold winters for hot summers. We arrived just in time for the "boring" weather. . . "Dang, another perfect day in Phoenix. When will it ever end?" LoL ;-)

And to think this all started with a post that BD was finding it too cold to ride in a T shirt. Brad you sh*t disturber, oh wait a minute he has a post that deals directly with that subject, carry on.

You got that right. Last time I was down in Colorado Springs I drove thru a good snow storm. Had to stop once to clean the windows off good. As soon as I hit the outskirts of the Springs, no more snow.

Oh well, job keeps me out here and I do like the plains, no people and good access to the mountains.
