Video: Summer 2017 Bike Trip on the Vaquero (CO, UT, NV, CA)

I took a 10 day bike trip back in August of this year. Two of my buddies from Chicago came out to Denver, then we headed to Monterey, California. I took my Vaquero, my friend Jim was on his 2014 Victory Cross Country Ness Edition (red/black), and my other friend Ed was on his 1994 Harley Electra Glide complete with custom Max Max paint job. The current plan for 2018 is heading up to Calgary Alberta, then across to Vancouver, and back through Idaho and Glacier National Park, etc. I try to do one of these every year now.

Here is a 2 hour video for anyone that cares to watch, I made it to have something to watch during the snowy days. I basically took whatever song was playing at the time on the bike's stereo, and put that on the video when I needed another one. The raw audio has a lot of wind blast, it isn't that appealing. There is just music until like the last 2 minutes.

This forum will only let me post 10 pictures unfortunately, and I've put them below.

Grand Staircase-Escalante from outside of Torrey Utah

Zion National Park

Nevada Desert

Extraterrestrial Highway, Nevada

Sonora Pass, California

Glad you guys are enjoying the video and pics! The surprise road of the trip was the Extraterrestrial Highway (375) in Nevada. There isn't anything out there, and about 160 miles between gas stations on either end, but man it was peaceful and beautiful. Supposedly Area 51 is somewhere near Rachel. Highly recommended!
