Question What changes are YOU going to make this winter?

Greetings,

So while the scoots are seeing less road time here in the northern hemisphere; what mods, changes or adjustments are you planning on making?

Here is the hit list for our garage:
LED headlights from SuperBight for both scoots.
RDL for the Nadia machine. (My tush)
Updated ECU flash for both scoots via IVAN.

and if time and $$ permit...
Black stainless steel lines and 12" bagger bars...

What's on your list?

Ride safe,
Smokier

I pretty much got the bike as I want it.
May get an extra brake light. One that comes on with deceleration.
Cindy has a habit of running up on me in the twisties when I down shift a gear to slow down, she doesn't feel the need to slow down, hence the running up on my ass thing

I just might take it apart and put it back together. General Deep Clean it. I gots me some F11 TopCoat coming in the mail.

Gonna pull the fairing and tidy up some electrical stuff I don't like.

I've thought about the Stainless Brake lines - I need a fluid change, will have to see what motivation I have. Or how much snow I have to plow.

I'm gonna take advantage of my limited down time to remove more chrome and black out what can't be tossed. Also gonna be removing the cases so I can spec out the mounting points for reference while I explore new options. Also, I'm gonna wash her. Maybe.

I'm going to change the fork oil and put in Amsoil Shock Therapy medium #10 and install a grease fitting on the steering head so I can grease the steering head bearings with out having to take it all apart.

I'm just shy of 20,000 Mi. so some fluids need to be changed. I'm kind of satisfied with how the bike is running now, but there is room for improvement. I may send the E.C.U. to Ivan. I also need to install a 12 volt/USB accessory charger & make a rain cover for my GPS so it is where it needs to be, not in my bags. On my last trip I missed a turn because it was raining & I end up a few hours out of my way. I also want to put a heavier oil in my forks.

Just got my ECU back from Ivan's for the most recent updated flash. Looking at changing fork oil and brake fluids. Just changed out engine oil and filter. Looking at maybe a wompus rack for my Vaquero and a headlight . Since it's snowing here and windy it will give me plenty of time to think of more changes since my riding season is officially over.

air shocks, lower the bike down, so my stumpy legs can reach the ground, tired of tip-toeing, and dropping it.https://www.ebay.com/itm/HARLEY-AIR-...1ZrJdY&vxp=mtr

I'm adding two wheels to the front of my Nomad. The project should be done in two weeks.
