I'm not a real motorcyclist/biker
Sorry to say due to a few financial setbacks the last couple months Cindy and I have decided to forgo the VBA/VRA rally this June
 I will cancel our room after I post this so there will be an opening at the base motel. I tried to find the post by Brad awhile back where he said if someone is a real biker/motorcyclist they would find a way to attend a rally they signed up for no matter what, but no luck  Cindy and I have talked it over and we both agree it is not in the cards to attend a rally this year. Hope everyone has a great time and we will see you at some of the rallies next year we hope

Sorry to hear that you won't make the rally. It's important to take care of yourself, and make sure that things sway your direction. I hope everything works out for you and we catch you at another rally.

TC, I know how you feel. We had to cancel going to the SE regional last year because of some financial and other considerations. You gotta do what you gotta do.

Tim, don't feel too bad. If you recall, I had to bail out on the Maggie Valley rally due to illness. I was really lookingredients forward to that one. I hadn't been in that area since I was stationed in TN when I was in the Marine Corps [1978]. You have to do what you have to do.

I may be canceling myself,not because of financial reasons but because of a serious back problem. I start physical therapy on may 27th so we will see how it progresses.

Tim - I am sure that was a tough decision. But like many of the rest of us over the years we have learned to make those decisions so we can live to fight another day.
Bob - Hope the PT does the trick so you can guide that rocket to the rally. Should only take you a few hours to get there :eek:
