I have a couple of questions. My wife and I are really looking forward to meeting all of you but we might have to stay at another hotel because of price. Will this cause any problems? Also because of my chronic back trouble I might not be able to ride the rides the whole length. Can we peel off when we need to?

Redtail,

Best words I've ever heard were, "ride your own ride". When you're tuckered it's soda time. Who knows, you may have company on your stop.

I don't have a comment on the motel question but maybe others will have some thoughts.

Redtail, it is not an issue if you stay somewhere else. Please don't let that stop you from coming. As far as the ride, we will be making some stops along the way and if you think you need to head back, I'm sure someone in the group can either ride back with you or point you in the proper direction.

We, I mean Goose and the guys, will have a very good idea of good stopping points and photo op spots. On the skyway, there are numerous spots that I'm sure we will stop at because the views are outstanding.

We'll have a meet time and kick stands up time in the morning and you can meet us then. Heck, come earlier and join us for the breakfast buffet at The Hampton Inn ;)

After dinner hang with us and then you can go back to your motel anytime you like.

Don't let your back or hotel situation stop you from joining us.

Keep in mind the Florida group is traveling 500+ miles to get there, then 225 during the day and then back again. I think we'll need frequent stops too.

Don't push yourself, we don't want to see you get hurt. Ride your own ride like jmilucky said.

redtail I also have a very bad back, we can ride a shoter ride if you like or just ride half of the ride.
