Congrats on the new ride Scion0, I'm only slightly ahead of you at 1900 miles on my 07. I'm gonna have to start riding more in the rain just to keep from being lapped!

I think my first was around 800+ due to the fact that it was during a trip to the coast....See Gadgets page on using the filter/drain on the side with the screen in it to completely drain....especially the first change if you are doing yourself.

Enjoy..sounds like you are on the right track....I have seen to many folks buy expensive garage decorations..they are made to ride......ride it!!
