All this talk of PAINT has got me going ! Just finnished painting Ange's 535 virago ! (Total rebuild of this bike) & Now I have to think about paint on mine !Thinking of Hydro dipping ! Tank /mudgards /side panels ! And thinkin of doing it with Flaming Skulls ! Now's where the probs start, I can only get this film in 50cm wide SO the tank will have to be DOUBLE dipped ! No probs I can handle this ! the probs start as to wot to cover the join down the middle of the tank ?? From the back of the chrome cover to the seat ! Don't wont to use leather ! Crap uk weather ! so thinking a strip of chrome vinyl ! 50/60mm wide under laqure ! Thought's PLEASE !!

Take a look at Delboys Garage on YouTube. He had a guy do and awesome paint job on a bike. I am not a fan of flames and skulls but the guy did a fantastic job.

A guy at Cambridge Pinstriping did the paint job.

update

ok first thing, if there upside down, sorry. I'm sure someone will fix it for me as i cant seem to get them to load correctly.
Secondly, i HAVE made a little progress on cleaning up the barn but one step at a time, at least i found my work bench.
Now, i wasn't sure if i was going to put the jump seat and sissy bar back on but know that there on i think in gives the bike a good look. All that is left to do is a little decal/pinstripe work and that should give it the finishing touches.

You are right mate. That primer looks ok in the shed..But i reckon it needs painting in a decent colour. Candy arsenite/pearl boulogne would do it .
