[QUOTE=Roadie;404265]I do not like the passenger stock floorboards that I bought for my Vaquero, they keep falling open when no one is riding behind me.

Think I will change over to these blacked out ones from Kuryakyn;

I have the OEM passenger floorboards as well. I wonder if yours have a defect? Mine actuallly click into place when i push them in the up position. You might want to consider taking them back.

well i finally found and purchased a set of front led signals like i have been wanting. i puchased them and hopefully get them by the weekend. as soon as i get them installed i will post some pics and more info for anyone who would like to do the same.

Robert, here's the beginnings of what I'm doing with my Vaquero. On the second page, there's an updated pic without the stockers

air kits

I wonder if there is a huge performance difference between the round or oval kits and the tornado kit from Thunder. I really like the look of the round kit...because it has a low profile, and after taking the air covers off of both sides, I am convinced that almost anything is less restrictive than what kawi provided.

Got one of the Grasshopper backrests on my Vaquero and I love it. Quick install and instant off and on. Only drawback is it is a bit wide when riding two up and my girlfriend says she has to ride "spread eagled". I didn't find that a negative for me though!

I was cleaning up my 2011 vaquero tonight and started cleaning underneath the bike for the first time.

I noticed a clean hole (about 3/32 or so ) drilled under each tail pipe about 10 inches or so from the end.

What is this for? I assume to allow any condensation or rain water to drain should it find its way in the pipe????

Throttle mod info

Racnray (Ray from Cycle Race Tek)

It took the slack and delay out of my grip, fixing that chopping of the throttle at low rpms and speeds, and letting the throttle open quicker at speed...
