Try to do a little riding each day and I do mean a little. It is so hot here that it almost takes the pleasure out of riding. We have had several days of 100 or 100 plus here in north Alabama. I don't think we had a single 100 last year. Hot and dry are the words for my little home town.

Hey guys....I float around here from time to time. Been working way too much...we've hired 5 nurses. Unfortunately orientation in our unit is long.......... 2 to 3 months. I will be glad when they all get out of orientation...I'm pooped
