I don't mean to make lite of the situation in Tenn. but I had this vision CJ , of the box with your fairing in it floating down some street past a stop sign. .....just my sick humor. I hope you get it soon. You'll have yours on before me. I have to wait for the spring storms to stop dropping snow on the hwy's in the mountains. Good luck with entire project.
Ricky, Does Reckless ship to Ca?

Well my fairing just arrived and I quickly unboxed it. I was surprised how light it is. Much lighter than the stock windshield. Maybe not once it has a radio and speakers in it, but probably close.

I ordered the inner with 2 6.5" speaker holes. I did not purchase their sound system. The radio opening is not sized for a weather enclosure. In fact, I will have to shave the side edges maybe 1/16" to get my din mounting box to fit.

No instructions, or at least I haven't found any yet. At first glance, it looks real nice. Now to start blowing some coin on it.

I'll update here with pictures later.

There were no instructions with mine either, but it's pretty straight forward. I got mine with the two 6x9 speaker cutouts. The cutout for my radio is perfectly sized for a din size head unit, although slightly off center. I'm using a marine cover sits over/around it, and not an enclosure.

I may have to go that route. I am not willing to resize the radio opening to make it fit my marine enclosure. Oh well.

No instructions needed, other than why he sent me 2 sets of brackets, then I realized one set are spacers.

One tip is make sure if any of the outer shows around the edges of the inner make sure the painter covers that area so it looks finished... if that makes sense

mine just came back from paint I'll get some pics up when I get time tomorrow

From reading other post I guess the last fairing have a smaller hole but as far as I know all of the first ones have a 8 1/2" X 3 1/2" hole I know mine did, the splash guard I used the out side dimensions were 9" X 4" and worked fine I don't like the damn thing but it worked here is the one I used:
