no this ride will be to Mount Mitchell, and it is still on. As we get closer we can look at who wants to come and set some meeting points and times up. I think BigDave said he would come.

Nomad, you might want to change this title to Mt Mitchell, riding to Blowing Rock itself isnt really thrilling. lol

Sorry when we lost the other posts I forgot it was to Mt. Mitchell. I don't think I can change the Subject post. But no matter we can all work it out in the end.

You can change the subject post Nomad1600. You hit reply, then you can change the Subject line.

I have a workshop in Greensboro on the 28th or the 29th. I'll have to look it up. I may could ride up for the Mt. Mitchell ride then head to Greensboro and stay for my workshop. I'll figure it out in the next few days.

Hey, that would be great Kawgirl, looking forward to seeing you again. Plus I guess we need to talk some about our new region.

Give me a call when you get a chance.

Plans have changed on me. I'm scheduled to have a cyst removed from my finger on Tuesday. Won't be able to ride the bike. I could tail gun in the car! LOL. Will let you know what I decide.

How about some info about the ride. I assume this is Mt. Mitchell State Park in NC. Is this a day ride, overnight? Anything planned or just meet up and relax. Drink beer? Etc.
Thanks,

Cheers, Bob

Day ride, my plans are to meet in Blowing Rock depending on where you are coming from for liunch, say around 11. Then down 421 towards Marion and the cutover to Mount Mitchell. From their everyone can decide their ride back based on location. Lunch, or barbecue is on me.
So day and late afternoon ride. Aaron, feel free to alter at will.
