Input on style would be great
So i have a 2000 vn1500fi. I want to install a trunk and hard saddlebags on her. But im not a fan of batwings . so do you think she will look silly with a windshield in the front but basically a touring back

Not sure you will be happy with a trunk. I always had handling issues with weight behind the rear axel with My 2007- 1500 classic. Any weight past the back bag took weight off the front end. And I had extra weight on the front with the fairing and stereo. On more than one occasion I had to off load cargo before I got going to get the handling back. That's just me though, maybe others have had better luck. It would handle Ok with the back bag full of clothes, But a suit case caused issues in handling.

Just some of My Thoughts . I was drawn to the Nomad by the windshield look . That to me makes it a Nomad . Through the years I have come up with hard lowers reckless fairing a wom pass rack and now a venture trunk . This year I plan to paint all to match mount and see how I like the touring style then I will either leave it that way or swap it around to what I like best and save the rest for the retirement years When I can stretch its legs with some long trips . So in Short Your Bike is Yours Find the style You Like Best ! Look to the Members around You and You will Find some great deals on accessories .
