Meet and greet BBQ and door prizes

Hey all, 49 days until we all meet up and while that still seems aways off, we have been quietly working on details of the rally all along and we thought it was time to mention a few things.

As in the past, we will be having a meet and greet BBQ the evening of our arrival. Monday aug15th. Hamburgers, hot dogs, beer and soft drinks will be served. again as in the past, the cost of participation will be a small monetary amount to cover the food costs (yet to be determined) and a gift for the door prize table.

We do have a few door prize items, but unlike past rallies, we can not expect ROK which is Kawasaki USA, to donate door prizes to a Rally in Canada. Therefore if every person could bring one small gift $5-$10 value, then everyone goes home with a gift.

We will be posting further info about the rally from time to time leading right up to the date, so check our section of the rally and rides on a regular bases for more news.
