Beautiful cool weather at 6:00 am so I gassed up and headed for Mobile just to relax on the road. I have stock pipes with the baffles removed and that's *plenty* loud enough for me! No music required, just the exhaust note, the engine throb and the noise of the road. I'm easy. I headed east on US 98 toward Hattiesburg and got a bite for breakfast.

I took I-59 south to US 98 out of Hattiesburg and as I passed through Lucedale, I decided to take 63 south to Pascagoula and run the beach road, US 90, back through Biloxi and Gulfport. Wound up in Picayune and took 43 back to Bogalusa then up to Sandy Hook and 48 back to 98 and on home. Great ride and 'Lili' averaged out 44 mpg running 65 on the 4 lanes and 40 - 45 on the backroads.

Got on the Nomad this morning and left home about 10:00 a.m. Headed for Spring Hill Kansas. Stopped and visited the Powersports4less retail store. Neat shop located in an old bank building in downtown run by a couple of nice guys. They also have a website www.powersports4less.com looked around and purchased a bottle of S100 cleaner. I'm anxious to try it as I have heard it does a good job. This was my second long ride after installing the Cobra fi2000r.

This was the first long ride with the debaffle done. I really like the new sound, but I think I need to adjust the fuel processor slightly, however it runs much better than before. really a nice day for a 205 mile ride.

Went for a ride with my daughter (burgman 650) into the Osage Indian Reservation area. Beautiful day for a ride. Ride totaled 410 miles.

Made a loop into Wisconsin again... logged over 400 miles in one day with a group of two other bikes.

Great day... mid 80's; clear-skies.

I rode to Sardis, MS. on Sunday to oldbiker (Jim) house where we had a KNOW session. Jim, Bobby (Zoom45), Jamie Parker, and myself were in attendance. Bobby did a cam chain extender service on Oldbikers Nomad, We put a new rear tire on Jamies Nomad and changed the final drive oil while we were at it. Oldbiker smoked chicken, Bea (Ms. oldbiker) made potato salad and corn (fine meal). Had a great time, met Bobby for first time. Started to rain on me about 5 mile before I got to Sardis, and rained for about 25 mile when I left, then started to rain again around West Memphis, AR. for about 10 mile. Total Mile for Day = 299.

Rode with 8 other bikes to the top of Mt. Evans 14,264 ft. above sea level 38 degrees on top and very windy. But it was clear and sunny and seemed like you could see Kansas to the east and New Mexico to the south. Got back to the metro area(Denver) temp was 90. About 100miles roundtrip, lots of fun and good eats in Morrison.

Took a ride 106 miles, just kicking up dust on some of my favorite roads. Great weather sun and 85*.

I did ride but only to pick up a paper. That was a total of 3 miles. Better than walking and better than yesterday as I didn't ride at all yesterday.
