Hi Don,
I removed you and Bud from the running attendance list in the hotel thread a couple of weeks ago.

Running tally of attendance.
Norm and Cheryl Ward (cnc)....2 people (1 room booked)
Tim and Cindy Conley...............2 People. (1 room booked)
Pete. ( Patriot ).................1 person. (1 room booked)
Dave and Mary Carlson..............2 people. (1 room booked)
Phillip Mitchell (Sabre-t).............1 person (1 room booked
Mike Spilski (spil99) and Denny McKibben (dmac) 2 persons( 1 room booked)

What your probably seeing is tomm in a post somewhere on this thread quoting or coping the list before you were removed telling me Mike and Shana are not attending. To bad you can’t make it.

Well we still have 11 going including Caper. We said from the start this was going to be a group of friends headed to a unique location rather than a seriously planned rally, and it just looks like the circle of friends will be a bit smaller.

Tim, is the route Tom sent out from his house fairly accurate to your planned route, hotels etc? We are setting out Sat as well but have a couple of hundred miles more to travel, so trying to figure if we can catch you sometime on the Sunday.

Yes the route Tom sent is pretty close to my route.
Cindy and I are meeting Mary and Dave at Toms house the 13th.
We are staying at a motel though even though Tom graciously offered for us to stay at his place.
Saturday we are staying in Houlton at Ivy's motel.
Sunday we will be taking route 2 to route 6 and staying at the Pictou Lodge in Pictou.
Monday we take 104 to 105 to Beddeck.

Got details to work out and will let you know but we might get close enough to you to meet up on the Sunday.

Thanks
What night will you be in Sudbury Mike?

Ok well we will be ahead of you for sure. First night ( sat ) we will try to get close to Woodstock New Brunswick for a possible meet up with Tim and Dave Sunday as they cross into Canada on the 95 from Houlton. Sunday night we are all staying here. http://pictoulodge.com/

I booked a room some time ago in Truro, for Sunday Night. If I know what time you guys are hitting the road Monday morning, I might be able to join you for the last leg to Baddeck.

I left today and made it to the KOA near Lynchburg VA. Tomorrow, on to the KOA in Newburg, NY. One day down, four more to get to Baddeck.

Guessing that if you haven't left for the rally yet, you'll be on the road tomorrow. Have a safe trip everyone and a great rally. Sure wish Sue and I were joining you but we'll definitely be there in spirit.

Cheers

On the road at 6am Sat for us. Still don’t know why Sue couldn’t drive and you ride on the back!
