Front brackets

I've had the brackets off the front of the bike for a few months. I'm trying to put them back on so I can install the batwing and lightbar. Seems like I've forgotten what goes where. Here's what I have. I can't see any other way the batwing brackets can fit but if they're bolted on there, the light bar won't fit. What am I missing? Do I have something backwards, upside down or on the wrong side?

Pictures of the before is a must for me. I can't remember how anything goes. Wish I could help more than that. I'm sure when some guys with the batwing see your post they can help. Sure hope so any way.

I think you have the brackets on backwards in your pic.

I took pics of the before (and during). I just can't find them.

Joes Brackets are backwards, Take a look at the manual to see how the oem parts fit.

I just went out and looked at mine, and you have the Kawi brackets on the wrong side, so swap them out. On Chucksters brackets, seems the top should be back toward the rider instead of pointing away from the rider.

So the angled part (of the OEM bracket) should be angled IN, not OUT? I thought Joes brackets should be going the other way, too but the holes in the OEM brackets wouldn't line up. Bet they do if they're on the other side. Where does the light bar go?

Sometimes I wonder how I make it out of the house without breaking something. Just as Cliff said, the bracket was on the wrong side. I just got home and swapped it with the other bracket. Joes bracket now goes IN instead of OUT and the lightbar should bolt up fine. Yup. I'm a retard.
