I need electrical help

NO BS true help please. Been working this all day and nothing makes sense.
I have gadgets HD switch mod with the 100 OHM resistor. Resistor checks out @ 100 OHMS

Went to start my bike last week. attempted start and the bike went dead.
started trouble shooting.

12.85 VDC at the battery
12.85 VDC at the hot wire to the ignition switch
12.85 VDC at the starter relay
Checked all fuses with a VOM ALL are good
12.85 VDC at the starter relay
Removed junction box. Performed relay and diode checks as outlined here:

Everything checks out ok.

What am I missing??? What Haven't i checked.
