Hi from Nanaimo, Vancouver Island

Hi from new member Nanaimomike (02087). Just exchanged my 08 1500 Vulcan for an 04 Nomad. Now we own two Nomads - the "new" one, and an 01 carburated model that resides in Apache Junction, AZ where we spend the winter.

It was the AZ bike that convinced us to get one for our Canadian rides. These bikes are comfortable, stable with two-up, great fuel consumption and all the power you need.

If you are ever on Vancouver Island, let me know. There are some great rides that make the ferry trip worthwhile!

Welcome Mike, from Langley BC.. You're right about the bikes, they're a great reliable ride. Be sure you head to the Canada West section and introduce yourself there. While you're there check out the info page on the upcoming rally in July in Canmore Alta.. There are a few leaving and traveling together and you and yours are welcome to join in. Think about it.
