few comments on front tire and gas additive

I put on the commander 2 front tire 130/90-16, and noticed it was much easier to turn in parking lots and going in and out of curves. the shop that changed my tire wasnt happy about the smaller size but he still did it. The other thing is that i stopped in walmart to grab some seafoam to see if it would quiet up the tick on the left side of the motor, they were out of seafoam but had their walmart equivelant ,the tank had about a gallon left in it so i added about 5oz and to my surprise it took the tick away! How come when i tried the seafoam it didnt do anything for the tick sound but wallys did?
