Southern Cruisers

I'm trying to see if there is enough interest in starting a local chapter of the Southern Cruisers in the Rock Hill, Fort Mill, York, Chester,SC area.

W, how far is Sumter from you? There's a chapter there.

I'm in Chapter 115 - Jacksonville FL. It's a good org.

There is also a chapter in Charlotte.I'm about 25 miles from there and around 70 from Sumter,that's why I was thinking about a local chapter.

I thought about starting a VRA chapter too,but I ride with alot of other makes.

not trying to push one or the othe but, VRA by-laws permit associate riders

If you are interested in riding with us ever you are more then welcome. In my group of riders we have Vulcan's of course, but also Yamaha's, Harley's and any other cruiser that wants to join the ride. i could care less what you ride as long as you ride.

The Charlotte VRA is planning a ride to Kickstand lodge September 26th staying over night. We are riding up to check out the campground and surrounding area for our 2010 Rally at the Dragon in July 2010.

Rick, if we were closer I'd join in.
Belonged to local SC group for awhile but all they seemed to want to do is ride an hour, take a 3 hour lunch and ride back.

Sorry for the delay guys. I have been on the road for the last few days.
I'm in Cali again for a few weeks,but when I get home,we can plan a ride for everyone.
We can call ourselves the "KawaNow Cruisers and Friends MC "

I have permission to start a local chapter.Everything is in the works. Trying to get a "Meet & Greet" for Oct 1st. It will be at Crossroads Bar & Grill in Rock Hill at 7pm.

First group ride is planned for Oct 3rd. It will around 3-4 hours + lunch stop.
SCRC is a family oriented RIDING CLUB not a motorcycle club.Everyone is welcome to ride.

I cant help but notice your trailer you are pulling. did you make it? or where did you get it? what about your hitch on the bike? home made or bought?

The trailer is fiberglass and the guy I bought it from said it is a 1966 Eagle made by Smitty Trailers.
The hitch is from chuckster.I can't say enough good things about his work. Easy to install and top notch workmanship.
