I finally got this switch to work. The rails for the 1600 will not work. Thanks

Their was no oem handrail for the 1500 Their was I believe one labeled as a fire and steel accessory but almost all the accessories for the 1500's have been discontinued now.

You are right that it was not technically OEM. I described it as such because it was available from the Kawasaki website along with other OEM products a couple of years ago.

No longer listed on the Kaw website, so don't know if they are still available, I bought a set of passenger grab rails for a 1500 Nomad a few years ago they were listed as an accessory - Item # K53020-189M
