Good Morning;40 and raining steady. It seems our warm spell has ended for a while. At least I got some yard work done before the rain, but there is still some left to do, (actually plenty). I am sore and could use a break from it for a few days. Meanstreak; have a good trip and ride safe.

35f and clear in eastern Nebraska this morning. Supposed to warm up nicely the next few days. Thanks Ringadingh, it will be nice to see dad and sis for a few days.

Good Morning; 35 and a heavy frost on the rooftops this morning, it looks like its going to be a nice clear day but cool. Im debating whether or not I'll ride the bike to work this afternoon.

Good morning, 37f and clear. Supposed to be 70 today.I plan on leaving Lincoln around noon today,headed for Kettering,Ohio. I will be there tomorrow afternoon.Plan on spending 4-5 days there with family.I'll talk to yous when I get there.

Good Morning; 48 and clear, no rain as of yet. Ive been riding to work each afternoon so far, its quite cool coming home at night. Warmer weather is supposed to be coming back.

Good morning, all! The local weatherfolk are predicting todays expected high of only 84 will make this the coolest May 01 in 5 years. So far, 68 days without measurable precipitation - I think they said Feb 22 was the last day it rained. Weatherman said most likely no rain until mid-late July, when the monsoon rolls in. Highs back in the 90's this weekend. Did not ride this morning, have to run errands at lunch. This would have been a great day to ride.

Good morning, or should I say good evening? Just got in to Kettering, Ohio for a visit with family.Wow,was the last two days windy. I rode the Meanstreak cause it had better tires,and gets better (6-8) mileage.However,it is not as comfortable. Anyway, I'm here for a few days.I'll stay in touch.

G'day All, or should I say evening (not sure from this side of the world), I'm a new member so this is the 1st post. Picked up my dream bike - 2001 Nomad last weekend, then dived into the deep end and rode it home, 1250 miles. I Had the best time, however the wife who was shotgun nearly fell asleep a couple of times wasnt so happy ( numb butt). Anyway temp here today is 16c and we finally have some rain so this might be the start of breaking the drought we have had for the past 8 years.

Thats was quite an initiation for your first ride, travelling that far to bring it home. Theres a wealth of Nomad knowledge here, so feel free to give or ask any questions that you have.

Good Morning; 58 and cloudy,It rained most of the night and is supposed to continue today periodically. I rode home from work the last two nights in the rain, now It seems Im coughing like a nut and catching a cold.

Good Morning; 44 and cloudy, It rained hard most of yesterday, today doesn't look much better. I caught a bad cold or flu, and feel worse than ever, everything aches, and a very bad cough to boot. Looks like Im staying indoors the next couple days.
