Datatool Rev Light RPM display

This little device uses a tach pulse and speedometer pulse to give a graphic representation of RPM. Does a 2005 1600 Nomad have these pulses available in the wiring harness?

it's available in the US $95. It's small and could fit about anywhere. I know, I know...Who needs a tach anyway, it's kinda cool.
