It is overcast here this AM but warm. Temp did not go below 50 last night.

Good morning. Temps are close to 40* this morning with a high closing in on 70 again. Front supposed to move in later and cool it back to more seasonable temps tomorrow. A chance of rain as well but I'll take it. We are DRY here.
