Well I can't see anyone getting offended over the second video unless they think it portrays their ill choosen profession in a poor light.
As for the first one there was some rider who complained to the real estate board stating that it portrayed all bikers in a poor light with the non riding public and hurt their image that we are all no good gang members. I found his position a little silly since he implied that some people were not smart enough to tell the difference between us and MC gangs. If that actually were the case then I would suspect the commercial would actually remind them to stay clear and give bikes a wider berth on the road for fear of reprisal. Works for me.

Realtors in Washington have to go through an extensive background check , significant schooling on a regular basis and carry a lot of liability. They are also bound by a code of ethics as outlined by Bob/Landman.

The industry is highly regulated with a lot of checks and balances through the mortgage companies , title companies , and of course the Real Estate companies & State Board.

Not too many crooked ones anymore.

Yeah, you're right. Sometimes it's hard to find a good real estate agent. I hired one and paid him several thousand dollars to find a house with the characteristics I specified (I identified the location, size, garden and other amenities I wanted). However, this agent usually picked and showed us houses that didn't meet those criteria or didn't meet all of them. This annoyed me because I probably could have found a house easier than I did with this agent. Thanks to God, we were able to find my current house, which is very large, beautiful, and has a lot of adjacent land. Now I'm trying to get the yard cleaned up on the advice of jscustomlandscaping.com.
