We Don't Need No Stink'n Snow
This guy needed to get home, and I think he was using good judgment by
not driving his car. DERBY LINE, Vt. - A Derby Line man is accused of driving drunk on his snowmobile. Police and Border agents say Thomas Goad was traveling on Route 5 on the sled when he crossed the border heading for a route to get home. He's due in court Tuesday.

He should have used a GPS to find his way home.

You can't do the right thing when your drunk anyway.
My sister in laws boyfriend once decided after drinking at a party to leave his car there and walk home. He got stopped by the police and despite explaining what he was doing, they took him to the station for the night for being drunk in public.

I explained I was new in town and was trying to spot..DISNEY LAND... |

I worked with a fella that got charged with impaired driving for sleeping in the back seat. He knew he was drunk and wanted to sleep it off. The cop said since the keys were in his pocket or ignition ( I can't remember which) that he was still capable of driving. Hows that for an A hole cop.

Ya I've heard of the having the keys on you line down our way too. Apparently if you toss the keys outside on the ground you are ok to sleep it off in the backseat. Who dreams up these stupid laws??
