Spring is in the air...

Saw two bikes out yesterday in town. The snow is starting to melt.

Lots of sand on the roads...let's be careful out there.

WOW! We haven't had a winter here in Bama this year. Very few nights below the freeze mark. I'm going to mow grass this weekend cause the wild onions are almost 10 inches high but the whole yard is green. Suppose to be 75F degree and sunny tomorrow.

Been in the 60s for the past week. Saturday is going to be cold @ only 30* but then it will warm back up to more seasonal temps (upper 40s-upper 50s during the day/lower-mid 30s @ night). We have only had about 7" of snow all winter. I'm NOT complaining!

Its 54 here right now, almost all traces of snow are gone, but there is a lot of sand on the roads. a couple good rains are needed to rinse away a lot of salt and sand before I get out on the bike.

We've had a couple of week or two week periods of very cold air work in this winter but one snow that came and left pretty quickly. Few more minor annoyance snow squalls but I'll take it over last winter. Anytime I can ride in February it's a good winter.
