What is the little "Add Infracton" icon bottom left all about? Thought I would ask rather than Infracting Netnorske to see what it is. Is it like the old Karma?

Must be a staff thing. All I see at the bottom left is the red/white triangle with the exclamation mark to report a post.

I see it on my screen but have no idea what it is for.
