Well the weather forecast has improved a little to a 30% chance of a passing shower, so I am game if everybody else is. I have spoken with the manager at the motel and have arranged a cancellation time of up to 4pm the day we are set to arrive and a day by day payment so if the weather craps out when we are there whoever wants can bugout and only have payed for the days used. You will not be charged for the whole stay when you arrive only days stayed. Let me know who is still up for it, I don't want to be the only one there.

The dates were the 29th though the 31st that's Friday Saturday and Sunday right ?

Surprise at work today, I was planning to leave early Thursday but hadn't actually scheduled it, was just going to leave early. Now the upper managers have scheduled me for all day training on Thursday. I will leave late on Thursday or early Friday morning, not sure which. Any routes planned yet?

We'll have to take off Sunday afternoon. We'll have to be at work Monday.
But now Crystal said she may be able to get off Friday after all.

It's only a 3+ hour ride from here, so we'll be there at some point.... I think

Like Dave, I'll be leaving Friday morning also. If you guys are riding West of Caddo on Friday, give me an idea where you'll be and I'll try to meet up. If not, I'll probably be at the motel about 3pm.

They should call it a "wild guess", not "weather forecast". Sometimes I think they don't even have windows in their buildings!

Change of plans!! Nice day, I'm leaving in 1 to 2 hours. I should be there about 5:30 or 6:00.
