May Ride

Okay we are into February now. Time to start thinking about a little get together ride.Maybe sometime in May. We discussed maybe somewhere around Mountain View Arkansas.
Framer said he would be interested.
So Dave and Crystal, Jesse and Gina , Jim & Liz, Glenn and Ann, Mitch and Darlene, Jim and Annette, Trip, Gene and Katherine, and anyone else. We going to do something.

If not I thinking of a trip down to The Smokeys around Maggie Valley for a few days then back up thru West Virginia and Ohio.

Some good riding in the Smokies and Maggie Valley is a biker magnet. Most places will have a map of all the best riding loops. Hoping to make it in May or June myself.

Well thats 6-9 bikes, Depending if Kathryn comes and if Crystal brings the trike, and Ann is coming.

I was thinking the Weekend of 10th or the 17th
Arrive on Fri, ride Sat and Sun, and leave Monday morning. Could Do Thur-Sun
I really Have no preference.
The Dogwood motel in Mountain View, looks like a descent place. But then again I don't care. Its more your guys area so hope one of you would have a good Idea where to stay and a Good ride routes.

I don’t care about the motel. That’s fine with me.
If we make it we would cut out on Sunday afternoon.
I doubt Crystal would bring the trike.
I still have the rides from the rally there in 14’
So we at least have something to start with.

Great memories from the rally in 14. Motel doesn’t matter to me either. Just pick a date we’ll watch it rain some and hopefully do some riding. If this happens I’ll try to make it in Thursday night and ride Friday and Saturday and head home Sunday.

I think Ann will try to make it. I was worried it might be a little too close to end of school but she says it shouldn't be a problem. I looked at those two weekends and there doesn't appear to be many hotel rooms available. Might have to look at Mountain Home or even Harrison?

When I looked on Hotels.com there were "only 2 rooms left" on those dates. Must not have actually made too many available for the cheapo sites. :)

I think those sites do that on purpose. Trying to get you to book right now.
It was the same on Priceline, Expedia and booking.com.
