;My lovely wife Ava ran her 1st half marathon today at the San Diego Rock & Roll. At age 4? she ran just under 3 hours. She decided to sign up when some dork in her office said she couldn't run that far. HAH! Showed them. In the process she raised nearly $3,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. GO TEAM!

Wow, Ava is a gutsy lady. Give her a giant Kudo for that accomplishment. 3 grand is a respectable amount of money.

Congratulations Ava, show up your coworkers and raise money to boot.
But Ballast aren't you worried that your wife can outrun you now? Sounds like even a head start wont do you much good.......
