Saddldebag quick release bolts

Someone on here was selling the saddlebag quick release bolts with the plastic knobs. Does anyone know who that was and if they are still selling them?

It must be hard to get out that 10mm wrench and undo 2 bolts to take a saddlebag off.

They're on eBay for less than $20 all the time.

Try ordering from www.mcmaster.com You will need 4 x part number 92595A518 which are Style 2 Metric Wing-Head Thumb Screw Zinc-Plated Iron, M8 Sz, 80mm L, 1.25mm Pitch. I got mine for $6.50 each.

Using plastic knobs from the hardware isle at Home Depot:
http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1...atalogId=10053 that I securely glued to metric carriage bolts that have the same thread (Lowes hardware isle), I made my own - four bucks all in.

Only did the left side, making it easier for quick removal in the field. Still using that 10mm wrench to undo 2 bolts and take the right saddlebag off. Both take the same amount of time, but only one needs tools.

Any reason you did just one side?

If you only do one side, why wouldn't you do the high side?

Two choices for answers:

#1
Valve stem was pointing left when I did it. Couldn't turn it.
Doesn't matter to me which side - I can get to either just as easily.
Since I can't buy the knobs locally anymore due to HD cutting down their inventory the other side is not a priority at all.

#2
So you guys would have something to talk about instead of racism and politics.
