I've done 100+ on my Nomad,but I did 160+ on my Honda 1100.

185 kph on the nomad, and had my xj900 past the 240kph that the speedo went to. but the scariest was 120 on my old cb250, she was working real hard. (please note all speeds are in kph, not miles)

I here tell that you'll get a little more in 4th than 5th on a Nomad, maybe break 110 mph.

140 by gps on my Bandit and 108 on the Nomad by gps

The Nomad isn't "fast". The Bandit could get to 140 and back to stop before the Nomad could think about breaking 100

Thats why it's a Cruiser

I once road a 1977 Kawasaki Z1000 and got it up to 140 on a city street. I was 17 at the time, and was probably just as stupid as that stunt sounds.

I have never topped out my Nomad. I hit 100 and backed down.

Right after I got it I hit 105 across South Park and, like CJ, backed down. I was just curious.
Sure didn't buy this bike for speed!

I had mine up to 112 indicated. I figure that's a little over 100 mph actual with the tire size I had on at the time.

105 mph indicated in 5th gear. It may have had a little more but I wasn't interested. I've never been over 85 mph since and don't have any interest testing it again.

Yeah, I didn't stay there but a minute. But that was also fully loaded. Both hard bags full, 2 bags strapped on and 250+ pounds of me.

I love the way this bike will eat up the road at 75 all day long.

I did 137 on mine.... well, on the dyno lol... just 100 on the actual road..
