Piss Poor Mileage

I bought my 07 Nomad in early April 2010.

By Memorial Day of 2010, 11 and 12, I had averaged 5,200 miles of riding.

This year, I have not yet passed 200 miles. That is piss poor mileage.

Spring weather put a big dent in my April and May plans to ride and now work in in the way. And, I don’t think it’s going to get much better. This may be the year of piss poor mileage for me.

That sucks. I bought my Vision at the end of September last year. I've got close to 5k miles on her now. I'll have 10k on her before I put her up this coming winter. I ride every chance I get even if I only get 50 miles in. Rain has been slowing me down some. I won't stop during a ride/trip for some rain, but I don't ride in it for fun. If I know it's going to rain, I'll stay home and it's rained a lot of days so far this year.

Bill, Put enough miles on it to get to McCook.
Still hope to meet you there on the way to Estes Park.

I'm a little over 4000 miles so far. The vast majority is commuting since March. The year before, I don't know if I had 500 miles. We all have years like that.

Just went over 11k, haven't had my Vaquero a year yet. Most of that is commuting mileage. Hey, miles are miles!

My commute is 9 miles at 45 mph (or less). The miles still count, but it sure isn't very exciting!

I'll be at about 10k in a year out here. My commute is 27 miles and speeds vary between 50 to 80+

Not much mileage from my commute as it's either 20ft down the hall, or it requires an airplane. :/

My commute is 17 miles to my office, 45 MPH the whole way or 28 miles to our corporate building (Mon-Tue) speeds of 75+ for several miles, then 65 (or less, depending on how crowded the 10 is), or 20 feet when I work from home on Wednesdays.

Got my Voyager used last year in June, it had 5k on it when I bought it and have put 4400 on it since. Mostly the 16 mile round trip from home to work and back and then weekend riding. I'm getting ready to take my most signifigant trip yet in a couple of weeks. Going to visit family in St. Louis area, roughly 900 miles round trip without side trips.
