Progressive Air balance kit troubleshoot

I just purchased and installed the kit. After losing pressure, I used soapy water to trace the leak to the attachment that comes out of the head. (The base of the part to which you attach the airhose.)

It looks like a small hex bolt. The air is escaping between this bolt and the head. Since it was factory installed, I'm leery of trying to tighten it.

Is this something I should try? Or contact Progressive for a replacement?

Thanks,

Progressive Air balance kit troubleshoot

Mine was leaking at the same spot on both. I removed both and wrapped them with teflon tape and screwed them back in. No leaks there. One of the tiny O-rings that you have to insert gave me fits. It kept folding every time I slipped it in. I tried soap with no luck. I wrapped the fitting with teflon tape and left the O-ring out. No leaks. I found a tube of O-ring lubricant and will try it again whenever I feel like taking it apart. Maybe should leave well enough alone.

I am not sure what your shock is using, but some of the Progressive air lines require 2 o-rings for each connection.
