pipes interchangeable?

Hello to all, I'm new on the forums, just bought an 05' 1500 classic, and wanted to know if the flanges and angles on the drifter are the same as the classic? I'd like to have dual pipes to fit easy and look good with my bags, and have found a set for cheap. Anyone know if this would work?
And 2nd, does anyone know where to find a low mileage complete 1500 engine/trans?...(I know its all one piece,looking for a swap to do die to trans issues in 2nd gear)
