Kudos to Mutazu

I ordered a DMY trunk from Mutazu a couple of weeks ago. It had a crack in the front corner of the top about 2" long where it overlapped the weather seal on the bottom half. So I contacted them. They offered a partial refund of $45 and fix it myself. But where the damage is would probably require repair from the outside because of the weather seal and then repainting. When I explained the situation, they sent a complete new lid for the trunk at no cost .

They stood behind their product and my only hassel was waiting for UPS to deliver. Took about a week.

By the way,Their silver is a good bit lighter than my 04 blue/silver Nomad. But it looks better than black would on my Nomad. It'll do for the rest of this season as is and painting it will be a winter project.
