My First bike

Hi, My first bike I purchased in Feb 2014 is a 2000 Kawasaki Nomad 1500 FI. Pearl Purplish Black Mica ( taught myself how to ride on this bike

)
The picture I have of it is from the dealer website I bought it from. The only thing I changed so far is I put white wall tires on it. I plan to add a fairing later this month... will post new pics soon, well

as soon as I find out how to get them off a dead cellphone. Well anyway glad to be a part of this forum so I can ask questions and look at all the pictures of those sweet Kawasaki Baggers

You won't believe the mods possible. Hold on to your wallet. This was our first Nomad. Bought a 1600 some time later and put mods on it up the wazoo. Took my latest bike out today for the first time. A Victory XCT. You have only just begun, Grasshopper.

Hi OldSchool, Yeah I am also from MO. I was born and raised near the St.Louis area . A lot of my family live down there. I saw we had the same bike when I was looking at Members bike pics. Cool !!!

Thanks, Who is the manufacturer of that Fairing? I have been looking at the Reckless fairings, good price for them without breaking the bank. Also if you don't mind can you list some of the mods you did to your bike? And maybe the price? I'm wanting to eventually do the same thing to my bike.
