Nope. Took care of it online. I avoid tech support whenever possible.

I've done the phone support for my Dell lap top a few times. I always find it funny when a guy with a heavy Indian accent say their name is Steve, Tom, Pete, etc.

Somehow it's supposed to fake us out that we aren't talking to India?
