Day trip to Kingston??

Next year is the national, but the following year, doing the Cabot Trail would make one heck of a eastern rally. Or would we call that an eastern road trip?

It would be a great area to have a rally, but its probably a fair hike for most guys to be able to make a trip like that. Its 2000 km for me from here to Sidney.

I did the trip last year. Left 5:30 on a Sat morning from Montreal, back home the next Sat around Supper time. We spent 2 nights in Bedeck, did the trail with Caper, followed the coast to Peggie's Cove, on to lunenberg the next day, Digby for some reason, and then worked our way home. A little over 4000 km total.

Ring the way I was figuring it was the trip is the rally, picking up guys as we go along. We would need a week. Those from NFLD, PEI could do the same and we all meet in Bedeck for a day or 2 and do the trail.

Anyway food for thought, lets get Kingston planned first.

I know for a fact that Caper has his official Kawanow Cabot trail tour guide permit.

If I was ever to go to Cape Breton, I know I get to Quebec City at least the first day, and Badeck the second day. If I don't have a lolygagger with me I can usually put in quite a few miles in a day.

Like I said earlier, it wont be next year, but Im hoping theres a chance the following summer.
Im going to the National Rally in Deals Gap next summer, so that will probably be my only big ride other than day trips on weekends.

Will have to talk my girlfriend into this trip ??? ???, won't be too hard I think. Worse (best ) scenario... I go alone , Ring you can stop here and we'd head up early the next day or I can head up to Qc city too.. But let settle Kingston first and we'll have something to talk about there.... that and the ralley

We gave a good push and did Montreal to Wood stock N.B the first day, 750km and then slowed down a bit after that. Same on the way back.

We'll get to Kingston first, Im looking forward to it already. I want to stop at CigarChief , just east of Belleville on the way out and grab a couple smokes.
Ive never been there, but they seem to have the best prices on Cigars according to their website.

Thanks, I wish I had of known also. I love those Cuban cigars, although I have a box here that seems to have a few that are rolled pretty tight. Ive had two bad ones from that box so far. I hope thats the end of them.
