weather is something you will have to deal with no matter what time of year I say set it where the max number of people have a chance to attend that being last of june until first of Aug I know some schools start back first to middle of August.

September works fine for me, the heat won't be as bad and we have no kids in school anymore. I know that's makes it impossible for some to attend, because of kids in school or working in education.

Personally, I would rather suffer some heat and maybe get rained on if it means more people would be able to attend. It's the Rockies - if it rains, it rains. You can't outguess mother nature, anyway.

At the SC Rally Trip told us that no date nor location for the 2013 Nat. Rally has been made. He did day it would be in CO.
