Yes, hangon, you got the spelling wrong. It is Oatman. I really do not know why you would want to go there. It is a hole in the wall type place. I did the River Run Poker Run this year and it was not on the route but I got lost and ended up there. What a place not to be at when it is 110 outside. That is when having a liquid cooled engine is nice.

I would suggest doing the Valley of Fire. It is a state park so expect to pay about $10 to get in. The ride back to Vegas from there is nice and slow. If you have more time, you could go down to Lake Havasue. That is where the London Bridge ended up.

IMHO, the only thing Oatman has to see are the wild burros that roam the town. I see enough jackasses in Phoenix everyday that I don't need to drive 300 miles to see some more ;-)
