They're pretty proud of them, aren't they. Not really my cup of tea with all the graphics, etc. Maybe if I was 18 and rode a GSXR.

Found this in the FAQ section.

Q. Are you going to have a flip-up or modular helmet?
A. Yes, it will be available late 2008. It will be available initially in white, silver and black.

Suspect similar to the BMW type.

I bet they are reeeeaaaaaal pricey!

I wouldn't mind getting the Spectre, but it's a little pricey for my helmet taste. I'm one of these guys that's used to paying 150.00 or less for his lids.

Yeah pretty expensive. Only the skid lid has any draw for me, but I will not pay and extra $150 for a few LEDs.

Seems as though they mostly have a military theme. I am shocked that you guys don't want to put LED's under your bike to match the helmet LED's, and then install hydraulics to make the front end bounce. I almost forgot the oversized chrome rims. Would you be cool or what !!

Hey Trip,

I know this is off the subject, but, I couldn't help but notice your Karma looks a lot like the stock market. What gives ? Are you in a recession too ?

I think that they'll sell. There are plenty of single military guys coming back from deployments who will be buying, or have bought a bike (mainly street bikes) that would like the designs. I will stick with my blase, black shorty, but if I had more money than brains, I'd pick the Apache design--Go Army! Beat Navy.

I've actually seen these in the store, and think they're pretty cool, but wouldn't pay the price they want for them, either:
